Real Madrid reached the Champions League final in dramatic fashion Wednesday, scoring two late goals to stun Bayern Munich and claim a memorable 4-3 aggregate win.

Joselu scored in the 88th minute to erase Bayern's late advantage before the Spanish forward triggered wild celebrations at the Santiago Bernabeu three minutes later with his second goal to make it 2-1 for the hosts.

Los Blancos will take on Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League final on June 1 for a chance to win a record-extending 15th European crown.
